Colorado Wildflowers

Above are lupines, more commonly known in Texas as bluebonnets. Around TinCup lupines do not grow in big, open fields like they do in Texas. Here they tend to cluster under trees and not in the open.

But wild flowers are abundant in central Colorado. And with good weather the flowers tend to stay around for weeks and weeks.
